WONDER OF AGRA

TAJ MAHAL , AGRA UTTAR PRADESH : 

The Taj mahal is very old and a  immense mausolem complex of which marble made between 1631 to 1648 in Agra Uttar Pradesh , by the order of SHAH JAHAN, The Mughal Emperor made it in the memory of his beautiful wife MUMTAJ MAHAL.It is one of  the seven wonders of  world .It took overall 20 years to be completed and made on the southern bank of river YAMUNA in Agra . it is a Mughal architecture built with the combination of Indian , Persian ,and Islamic influences. In its inside the color of the white marble seems to be changing as with the daylight.

SHAH JAHAN ruled the most of the northern India from early 16^th to the mid of 18^th century .He crowned himself emperor at Agra in 1628 when he emerged the victor of a bitter power struggle with his brothers .

There were several stones used for making Taj Mahal ( including jade, crystal, lapis lazuli , amethyst ,turquoise etc). its height of central dome reaches about 240 feets (((73 meters)))  and surrounds with 4 smaller Domes , 4 Slender towers or minarates.

HOW TO REACH TAJ MAHAL :

By Air :  You have to first reach Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Airport and then take a taxi to Taj mahal .

By Train:  First you have to Agra chawni railway station and take a from there to Taj Mahal .
